We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

If you're based outside the UK, you can sign up to our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.

Free tracked 1–2 working days

All orders are shipped with Royal Mail and include full tracking and delivery notifications.

Order Cut-Off Times & Dispatch
Orders placed before 4pm (Monday to Saturday) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 4pm or on Sundays and public holidays are processed the next working day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link to follow its progress in real time.

While we aim to meet these delivery timeframes, please note they are estimates. Delays may occasionally occur due to couriers, weather, customs, or other factors beyond our control.

Taxes
All taxes are covered by EYLUME, so the price at checkout is the final amount you'll pay.

Returns

We offer a 30-day risk-free return policy. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order with no questions asked.

Return Eligibility
Products should be in reasonable condition and include original packaging and accessories where possible.

To start a return, simply contact us using the details below. We’ll send you a secure link to our returns portal, where you can complete your return in just a few easy steps.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the product arrives damaged or faulty.

Once received and approved, refunds or store credit are processed within 3–5 working days.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging. We'll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
